1. Nyisd meg az AutoGuardian AI appot.
2. iPhone: Profilom → Fiókom → „Felhő-fiók törlése”.
3. Android: Profilom → Fiókom (vagy Továbbiak → Fiók) → „Fiók és felhő-adat törlése”.
4. Erősítsd meg a törlést.

Írj a hpetike88@gmail.com címre „AutoGuardian AI fiók törlése” tárggyal, és add meg az egyiket:

• azt az e-mail-címet, amellyel Apple- vagy Google-fiókkal beléptél az appba, vagy
• a Fiók-azonosítót (az app fiók-oldalán látszik).

A kérést legkésőbb 30 napon belül teljesítjük, és visszaigazoljuk.

Ha soha nem léptél be, és a Fiók-azonosítót sem tudod, a névtelen fiókot nem tudjuk hozzád kötni — abban viszont nincs neved és e-mail-címed sem.

• a felhő-fiókod és a profilod (becenév, profilkép, nyelv, előfizetés-állapot),
• az eszközeid (telepítés-azonosító, push-token),
• az autóid a felhőben (alvázszám, márka, modell, évjárat, motor, km-óra, hibalisták),
• a szerviz-kapcsolataid és a tulajdonosként tett foglalásaid.

• A telefonodon lévő adatok (élő adatok, naplók, útnapló, tankolások) — ezeket az appban vagy az app eltávolításával törölheted.
• Ha szervizként törlöd a fiókodat, az ügyfeleid foglalásai megmaradnak „a szerviz megszűnt” állapotban, mert azok az ügyfelek adatai.
• Az App Store és a Google Play a vásárlásaidat a saját szabályaik szerint őrzi; azokhoz mi nem férünk hozzá.

1. Open the AutoGuardian AI app.
2. iPhone: My profile → My account → "Delete cloud account".
3. Android: My profile → My account (or More → Account) → "Delete account and cloud data".
4. Confirm the deletion.

Email hpetike88@gmail.com with the subject "AutoGuardian AI account deletion" and include one of:

• the email address you used to sign in with Apple or Google in the App, or
• your Account ID (shown on the App's Account screen).

We complete the request within 30 days and confirm it.

If you never signed in and don't know your Account ID, we can't link the anonymous account to you — but it contains neither your name nor your email.

• your cloud account and profile (nickname, avatar, language, subscription status),
• your devices (install ID, push token),
• your vehicles in the cloud (VIN, make, model, year, engine, odometer, fault lists),
• your workshop connections and the bookings you made as an owner.

• Data on your phone (live data, logs, trip and fuel logs) — delete it in the App or by uninstalling the App.
• If you delete a workshop account, your customers' bookings remain, marked "workshop closed", because they are the customers' data.
• The App Store and Google Play keep your purchases under their own rules; we have no access to them.

1. Öffne die App AutoGuardian AI.
2. iPhone: Mein Profil → Mein Konto → „Cloud-Konto löschen“.
3. Android: Mein Profil → Mein Konto (oder Mehr → Konto) → „Konto und Cloud-Daten löschen“.
4. Bestätige die Löschung.

Schreib an hpetike88@gmail.com mit dem Betreff „AutoGuardian AI Konto löschen“ und gib eines davon an:

• die E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du dich in der App mit Apple oder Google angemeldet hast, oder
• deine Konto-ID (auf der Konto-Seite der App).

Wir erledigen die Anfrage innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen sie.

Wenn du dich nie angemeldet hast und deine Konto-ID nicht kennst, können wir das anonyme Konto dir nicht zuordnen — es enthält aber weder deinen Namen noch deine E-Mail.

• dein Cloud-Konto und Profil (Spitzname, Profilbild, Sprache, Abo-Status),
• deine Geräte (Installations-ID, Push-Token),
• deine Fahrzeuge in der Cloud (FIN, Marke, Modell, Baujahr, Motor, Kilometerstand, Fehlerlisten),
• deine Werkstattverbindungen und die Buchungen, die du als Halter gemacht hast.

• Daten auf deinem Telefon (Live-Daten, Protokolle, Fahrten- und Tankbuch) — lösch sie in der App oder durch Deinstallieren.
• Löschst du ein Werkstatt-Konto, bleiben die Buchungen deiner Kunden als „Werkstatt geschlossen“ bestehen, weil es die Daten der Kunden sind.
• App Store und Google Play bewahren deine Käufe nach ihren eigenen Regeln auf; darauf haben wir keinen Zugriff.
