Which adapter do I need?

Any standard ELM327-compatible Bluetooth (BLE) or Wi-Fi OBD-II adapter. On iPhone, classic Bluetooth adapters do not work — choose BLE or Wi-Fi. STN-based adapters (e.g. OBDLink) are the most reliable.

The app says "no data" or won't connect. What should I do?

Turn the ignition on (engine running is best) so the car responds.
Make sure the adapter is firmly plugged in to the OBD-II port.
For Wi-Fi adapters, join the adapter's Wi-Fi network first; for Bluetooth, allow the Bluetooth permission.
Open More → Connect Vehicle and tap your adapter to connect.

Which cars are supported?

Most petrol vehicles from 2001 and diesels from 2004 support the standard features (live data, fault codes, health). Deeper, brand-specific diagnostics are available for BMW, VW/Audi/Škoda/SEAT, Honda and Ford (roughly 2008 and newer).

Does it work without an adapter?

Yes — the app opens and works, but live values require an OBD-II adapter connected to a vehicle.

On your device only. We don't use accounts or servers. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I send a diagnostic log?

Open More → Settings → Diagnostic log and tap the share button to send the log to us by email — it helps us diagnose connection issues quickly.
